Welcome to RetouchPRO

It might serve you much better if you started your own thread by going to Image Help and clicking the "New Thread" button

This picture is very small and pixelated and probably cannot be fixed.. when blowing it up it looks to me like the gent may be cross-eyed... is he or is it just the pixelation?

What software are you using?

You can post fairly large pictures which are under 100k using the save for web function in Photoshop as described here:
Size, Quality and/or Format your Attached Images.. (Click here)

If you want to post a larger resolution that is over 100K then you can host your image on your own site or elsewhere and attach a link, but also please attach an under 100K version here (so the thread remains useful in the future, regardless of external links).
Alternative Image Hosts if you do not have your own site are: (3Meg max, free) or (2Meg max, free) or (1 Meg max free,... 5 Meg PRO) or (100 Meg per file) ... then post a link here in the thread to the site that is hosting your larger image.

FAQ: Will you do my restoration/retouch/repair for me?
No. This is a site for learning, and we will gladly help you learn to do it yourself. We have a "Image Help" forum just for that purpose. Click on "Forums" on the navbar to get there. There is also a "Classifieds" forum if you're willing to pay one of our members to work on your photo.

Looking forward to seeing your larger higher resolution photo and samples/WIPs (Work-In-Progress) of your tries at fixing it... I am sure you will get some good guidance on how to open the eyes..

There is also a Search button at the top of each page where a search phrase like 'opening eyes' or 'open eye' might reveal loads of information that has already been presented in other threads

Good Luck!
