Volvo,

There are a number of ways to remove the color cast in the image you posted. One being is using the white eye dropper in Curves or Levels and clicking on the white shirt of the woman on the far right. There are other methods, but this will get you in the ball park---as we say here.

The missing section of the man's face is a bigger issue. Do you have any other images, preferably, in the same series of pictures? If so, you could "borrow" his head from one image and paste it into the the missing section.
If they are of the same series chances are they will have the same exposure, color cast, grain and so on-an easier match. If it is on the same angle, all the better.

Hi Volvo, as Ken says, without the missing character's face, you're limited to what's achieveable.

Below is a quick unfinished job (I've gone as far as I can without the missing piece) just to give you an idea.

For the color cast correction, I just saw this and thought I would share.

Open the image, dupe it (CTRL J)

On the dupe layer, Filter>Blur>Average

Invert (CTRL I)

Adjust the opacity till the color looks good

Flatten

Adjust levels to taste.

Seems to work fairly well with images that have a good overall color cast and its quick to do.
