Retouch: finishing.

Hey all !!!
I've been editing some photos, but for few days my ps cs2 trial has expired and I have few unfinished pictures. Hope that someone can help me with finishing. Post one HERE
I was thinking about glaring and smoothing background, something has to be done with face.. dunno how to call it =/. Hope you can help me guys

Color Correction

Grenni, welcome to RP1 A simple Hue/Sat adjustment takes care of the color of his face. A small amount of sharpening helped. Looks like someone has already played with the eyes - they are all black with no detail left in iris / pupil and it looks like the whites have been whitewashed.

Can you or someone else make the horrible nose look smaller ?!? That's the main point of ediotion on this stage =/
