Red Blown

Blue, Normally I would suggest applying the red channel to itself in multiply mode a couple of times as Swampy has suggested. However upon examining your image, I find that the red red channel is almost blown away and there is very little usable detail left. Therefore I recommend replacing it with a combination of the Green & Blue channels and zero red. In the example below, I added a small overlay of red to the blended image. From here you could restore some of the original colors by various methods.
Regards, Murray

Start by doing "Apply Image" a couple times to the red channel to bring it more in line with the other two channels then go from there.

Hi there

Lots of color damage in this one. Maybe someone can salvage it thru channels or other means but it may be easier to just colorize it.

Hello blue

As stated above the red channel seems to be in bad shape but I still tried to use levels to at least get a hint of the original color in the photo.

Then I saved another version of your photo and removed all color, I believe I used either the green or blue channel to begin with.

Then it is an easy procedure to sample bits of color from the original and using blank layers set to color or softlight mode, apply color back evenly into the picture with a soft brush. I also used an occasional gradient map to apply color. If the color did not look right I grouped Hue/saturation adjustment layers to adjust. It has been a few days but here and there I believe I did even out the luminosity in spots. I did not spend a great deal of time but I believe you could fix it up pretty easy.
