well yeah, you can tell right away what's wrong with this one. i mean, it's all pixelated and what not. basically, the quality sucks. so if you guys could do something about this one, id really appreicate it.

Perhaps you can look through the tutorials and find what you will need to repair your image.

Or if you're not able to do it yourself, you might want to see who on this list does the type of correction you need and solicit a price quote.
