Mr Dinh...
Are you asking for help or are you asking folks here to just fix it for nothing?

If you want help, I did a little work on it.

Ran a Highlights/Shadows on it to cut the highlights, then a Curves to bring up the blacks. The whites are still pretty blown out, but you may be able to add a dodge/burn layer and bring some detail and texture back.

Phat, the link works this morning.
I.M.O. there is something unnatural about the blown areas in relation to the rest of the exposure. My guess is that the "auto" adjustment applied by either:
1. The camera's View/Capture software OR
2. By Adobe Camera RAW processor

I would expect that you would get a much better starting image by opening the original RAW file with PS BUT turning off all of the Auto settings, and not applying any of the Camera settings to the file. You can then view in PS exactly what the camera sensor captured and from there make the appropriate adjustments.
Also, when you import the image, be sure it is at full resolution and 16 bit.

If you want to post the RAW file somewhere, we can take a look at it for you and make some suggestions.
Regards, Murray

Hi Phat

I worked from Miguel’s picture as I am also getting 404 Error on the link.

Shadow/Highlight equivalent (I have PS7) and colour corrected

As Murray has mentioned, this should be better from the Raw image.

Ken.

Hi there

I switched to lab and boosted the color by using apply in overlay mode in the a and b channels.

Then back to RGB... I made a selection of the faces in the blue channel and copied them to the red and green.

Then I applied new color to the faces. The flesh color still needs some work but a start.
