All of you got this finished faster than I did. They all look great too.
I'm not completely finished with this but will have to put it on hold for a couple of days now.
I used Craigs suggestion for brightness/contrast and claify. Then some airbrushing and cloning. I copy and pasted the left eye on the right but wasn't satisfied with it. It's hard to tell if it's the picture or if she really had something wrong with that eye.

lookin better

you might have removed just a bit too much texture on the faces, though. just a bit 'pasty faced' there. you dont have to back up, though. make a selection of the skin areas with a show all and use the 'add noise' set on 'monchrome' and you can add back some fake texture that shld work ok. do this on a separate layer and you can then gausian blur it to make it look more natural.
