Getting Uneven Sepia?

Guys,
Please look at attached image. I would like to do a similar effect but note how the tinting is very light in the skin. I have tried photo filter / sepia actions and all tint evenly. How has this been done? Is there an action which alows this?

All help much appreciated

Re: Getting Uneven Sepia?

It looks like the skin has simply been desaturated (and contrast boosted). A Hue?sat adjustment layer should make very quick work of it.

This looks like a job for... Color Balance Adjustment Layer!!!

I dunno, that's my guess anyway. You can adjust the highlights, midtones and shadows with a different tint. Try a b&w conversion (however you want to do that) and then slap on a CB adj layer.
