Art help

Hey guys

This is not directly photo related but i have a sketch that i have scanned, and colored with Photoshop, all looks great and when i print its fine,
My problem is that when i go to save it in any format, only the channel colors are saved not the lines. I have flattened the image as much as possible, the channel layout as seen in PS is:
RGB
Red
Green
Blue
"lines"

And the image is only one layer.
I hope this makes sense
Thanks

why a channel for lines?

hiya
what is the eventual context you want to be able to use this image in?
creating an extra channel for your lines seems a strange way to go about it
why have you done this?
is it the outlines of the sketch?
have you tried putting these on another layer, rather and keeping them in rgb?

more detail?
maybe a screenshot?

k

Re: Art help

Save a copy as native PSD file. This will save your alpha channels. Then save again for output purposes...ie, JPEG, TIFF, EPS etc. You can then delete the output file and still have the original PSD file to regenerate from or continue working on.
