Hello All,
New to the group and really hoping one of you might be able to point me in the right direction. I would like to be able to, using other photographs, appear as reflections with a photograph of an eye. Hope that makes sense, have been trawling the net for the last 3-4 hours looking for a tutorial that may help. It's now 2am here in France and need sleep. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be most grateful. Look forward to my first reply.

this was just a quick 2 minute job. could do better with more time and better images. found picture of eye and a picture of a car. Pasted the car to a new layer resized and reduced opacity to what looks good. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but that is what i got from your question.

ok im gonna get the camera out and get a photo of my eye and do the pic of scenery of france i was at
