| | | I need creative logo ideas! I know that this is not the best place, but I'll give it a try because I love this forum and I know that you could help me with this issue. I've made this logo for my agency and I feel that something is still missing. My strategy is to take this name (concept) from the industry of environment protection, ambiental design, ornaments, flowers and things like that. I don't want it to be too cold, to industrial. So, I like the font, but I feel that something is missing, some element that could communicate the creativity of an ad agency. I feel that this logo hasn't got a personality, yet. That's why I could need your help. To find any symbol, any icon, any other color. I don't know... It could also be linked to the concept of ambient advertising http://www.ambientadvertising.com.au |

My first response would be to place it in context. Or look like it is taken out of context. Your site mentions posters, guerilla projections, washroom advertising...so why not make it look like that's where the ad is placed? Or where the logo was taken from?
Too clean, too cold. |

| | | Re: I need creative ideas! I was not reffering at that website as being mine. It was just an exemple of ambient advertising. I already though of presenting the logo on contextual objects. But first I need a symbol. And, for that, I'm still thinking at some cultural meanings of different elements. I thought I could post this and have some different results like those from brainstorming. |

| | | Re: I need creative ideas! Isn't it a rule in logo design to keep it simple? I like chillin's adjustments, but I'm just not sure if it fits within the realms of simplicity. Your original logo design is clean and straightforward, which in my mind, is what a logo should do. I think that the clean logo works for your company. Who are you trying to appeal to? Corporate clients, or children? That's the difference between a clean design, and a "dirty" design. There is a saying that goes something like this: If it isn't broken, don't try and fix it. And I don't think it's broken. |

| | | Re: I need creative ideas! - Keep your original design, but clean it up.
- Get the edges on the "ambient" smooth and clean
- Use those 3 circles everywhere, website etc.
- get rid of the "adertising" on the logo, it looks shit and you don't need it.
It's not a bad logo. And you can keep using those 3 circles in all your comms. |

| | | Re: I need creative ideas! thanks! dj soulglo you just read my mind. I did improved the font. I've smoothed it, but not just where u showed me, but also in the upper part, on that sharp edges. when I've made the logo, I thought at those circles as elements of identification in all the stationary and other materials. I was not thinking of getting rid of advertising, but this is a great idea. |
