these shots's been taken at a concert (IMO) or at a party and it was raining. Ur friend turned up her/his camera to the sky and took a shot, that details are rain drops, got colored the lights around

i told my frnd who posted me the pics the reasons behind the effect and he told me that these are all pure pics, no environmental (physical) effects... according to him these are pics of angels taken in a religious concert and it wasn't raining... of course i m not buying that... just wanna know the truth behind it...
howz is there any other way that this effect is possible without raining ... |

Looks more like pebbled concrete or small stones to me. I adjusted one of the images to see what was there. Certainly not angels. |

It be confetti. I doubt that they would have had pebbles suspended in the air. It could be rain as well, but didn't your friend say that it wasn't rain ? And who said that they were in the air ? |
