No. This is a site for learning, and we will gladly help you learn to do it yourself. We have a "Image Help" forum just for that purpose. Click on "Forums" on the navbar to get there. There is also a "Classifieds" forum if you're willing to pay one of our members to work on your photo.

Well excuse ME... i am not rich nor do i have a lot of money n be able to pay someone to do it for me. I asked if anyone is interested if they are I appreciate it if not it's ok. If i had the money i'd go to a professional who knows and has experienced thank you very much.

Anyone who violates any of the exclusive rights of a copyright owner is an infringer.
Example: Developer scanned Photographer's copyrighted photograph, altered the image by using digital editing software, and included the altered version of the photograph in a multimedia work that Developer sold to consumers.
