Need help to fix family photo

I have a cuzz that has gone through breast cancer and other stuff this last 15 months, I have a bad copy of her mom and mine and the other two sisters which she would like a copy of. I need to find out how to fix up this pictures to send to her. HELP

Welcome to RetouchPro! Now that you've learned to upload images, try to do it with a larger version so we can see it better -- here's another thread that explains more. http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/ima...ed-images.html

I suspect that your image was scanned from a print - is that the case? Did you do the scanning, and do you have access to the scanner to do it again - at a larger size and higher resolution?

Don't give up - you're almost there! It will help if you let us know what photo editing software you are using, what experience, if any, that you have, and what you have already tried to do to improve your photo.
