Changing eye makeup to skin colour.

Can someone guide me in the direction or steps they would use to get rid of greenish eyeliner to match rest of skintone?

Which tools in photoshop would you use. Thanks.

Is that your image? If not, and assuming u have permission to use it. You know the make up artist is going to kill u right?

It's hard to give u any advice with such a small image tho... i don't know if u have any natural texture to worry about, or the exact tone and variation on the skin. The image looks retouched already, but again, could be the size.

let me know.
xx

Re: Changing eye makeup to skin colour.

This is not for a real job or request, this is just for an example for learning a technique.
Please advise if this is not proper. Thanks. My question would be what is best method to make makeup look like natural skin color.Which tools or steps should I take. Tomoderator you make take down image if you feel compelled too. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

To clear your doubts on this, you should read this paragraph of our FAQ.
If after reading you think the image should go, just let me know and I'll delete it for you.

There are many, many ways to change/replace a specific colour in an image (or part of it) ... One of them is described in this excellent Tutorial.

Just to be safe we will take this image off, Flora. Thank you.
I will use my own images just to play on the safe side for future post.

u don't need to use your images ONLY

There are a lot of great STOCK images out there.

www.sxc.hu
www.deviantart.com (They have a stock AREA)

or even if u like an image in a web site, ask the photographer for permission, give him credit if he says yes u can use it

Just don't post images without permission.
