Image Help - - Can someone fill in my eyebrow?

Me & Chelsea

My left eyebrow has a small gap in it that I'd like to fill in. My right eye is also slightly smaller than the left and I was wondering if it can be made to match the left. Can anyone help? I'm working with Microsoft Paint, which does the trick for 90% of everything I ever need to do, but it's not cutting it here.

I'd also really appreciate it if anyone who helps can leave the image in the same size it's in now. I know it's huge, which is why I uploaded it to TinyPic instead of RetouchPro's server.

I did that and corrected a bit of the green color cast on the skin, as well as Chelsea's washed out look.

I think you need to use a liquify tool first to correct facial expression.
MS paint won't do it.

Ok, made some adjustments, Chelsea's face had a really strange aura, removed it and color corrected some.
