light strokes

Hi,

I'd like to know how they do the 2 photo's in attachment.
I love those light strokes..

Tutorial maybe?

here's a link for some tut's for you on the energy beams ( second photo )
the first one is i think using a brush on a seperate layer using a glow effect and blend modes etc
any way take a look there are a few there that should help you
