Re: Need picture enhancement

arun...Theres not much there to enhance. If you figure his face is about 9 inches from forhead to chin and occupys slightly more than twelve pixals that means every pixal represents 3/4 of an inch.

That's why the face gets blurry when you zoom...The info just aint there.

Adjust the contrast with levels and that's about the best your gonna get.

Re: Need picture enhancement

Arun welcome to retouch pro. The reason that your picture is blurry is that there is very little information. The size of the posted photo is only 339x287 Pixels. I improved it some but its still full of jpeg aritfacts. It looks like this was taken from a security camera frame.

Re: Need picture enhancement

Well I did improve your photos some. I doubled the pixel size, increased the contrast, removed several jpeg artifacts. This was done with photoshop. It probably could be improved more if a lot of time was spent retouching it. However the problem is that single camera frame did not contain very many pixels so the data was not there to repair.

Re: Need picture enhancement

Here is what I came up with after sharpening with my two best sharpeners. I first blew up the picture then sharpened. But really its not going to get much better...its just not enough info.

Hope this helps,
-Keven
