Holographic FX

Hi...

I tried to recreate the Holographic FX for some buttons and for some reason when I remove the black background, the FX disappear, here is the PSD for you to check...

When I save the image in .png 8bits without the black background the transparency disappear and render the image useless...

It's not really clear to me what kind of effect you want, but it's rather logic that when you remove the black layer, you won't see too much anymore, as all the rest is rather white!

the problem was when I save for web 8bit png, on 24 bits the image is larger but the FX remain
