need help with photo effect

i need help coming up with some kind of effect for the attatched picture. its gonna be on the opening page of a professional wrestling website www.allamericanwrestling.net with "This website is sponsored by...Black N Blue productions" the image is a promo shot for a professional dj service/ production company. i need to take the glare off of the monitor and remove the white cup from the background...i can handle that part i just need inspiration for some kind of cool effect that would make the image "pop"

Afterthought... Me thinks I would get rid of the JVC logo also and maybe replace it with "Black & Blue Productions" OR the Wrestling logo/header

No inspiration yet... but legally you should remove the JVC logo.

I took a shot at it, since I could use the practice.

I figured since it's a "black and blue production", that it only makes sense to create a black and blue logo. XD
