You may want to qualify what you mean by "help". Otherwise, you may not get the quantity or quality of responses you want.

Normally, we provide support for those doing their own restorations by supplying techniques or hints on how to proceed. If you are wanting someone to do the restoration for you, you may need to clarify that.

This would take some time, but it can be done. Like Tommy said, advice can be given but few would take on such a project without compensation.

By help I mean tips&tricks. I am comfortable using photoshop and I have several plugins and actions that could help me with restoration.
However, your opinions on the process would be appreciated.
I suppose I am looking for some general guidance, or perhaps some tools I might be missing on.
