Two-in-one Can you plse tell me what to do to print two photos on one and the same sheet? I know how to transfer two photos from MY PICTURES folder, sitting side-by-side on my monitor but when I go to print I only get one image on the sheet not the two together. Grateful for helping an oldage pensioner still baffled by computer navigation. Joe Busuttil busja@onvol.net

Re: Two-in-one Hello Joe and welcome to Retouch Pro. You did not mention what image editing program you are using. In general, one way would be to open one image and change the canvas size to accommodate both images. Then open the 2nd image and copy and paste into the first image and position it. So for example if you wanted to place two 5 x 7 together and print on a 8 x 10 sheet of photo paper. Open one 5 x7 and (if you have PS or PS Elements) go Image>Canvas size and change the canvas size to 10 x 7. Paste in the 2nd photo and position it below the 1st. Regards, Murray

Re: Two-in-one Joe, Good ideas from the others. Here is another simple idea: Windows' Picture and Fax Viewer supports printing more than one image on a page. It is quite flexible. - Within Windows' explorer, you can normally double click a supported image type, i.e. jpg - Once Windows P&F Viewer opens the image, click the print icon at the bottom of the page. - The next dialog asks you to check each image you want to print. After selecting them, click next. - The next dialog seems like it's done, as it asks for the printer. But, it's not. Click next again. - Here is the good dialog... this one asks for how you want the images printed. You can select from many popular layouts. As you click each one, it gives you a preview on the right. - Be sure you're satisfied at that point, because when you click next, it will print right then. Here is a screenshot of the layout dialog box...
