how much D&B

How much d&b? When do you say there is to much or not enough? Here is a picture where the man is pushing 40. How far would you take it? I will include a links to the before and after of what I have done so far. It is not finishes yet.

It looks good and I would stop where you are. Most men prefer not to be retouched too much. It just looks better to be a bit rough. You may be able to increase the saturation a bit in both subjects, as well as add a very slight s-curve to bring a little pop to the image.
