Please Help - Fix Closed Eyes in Pic

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me open up the eyes on this pic. I am fairly new to editing with pictures and I can't get it right. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thank you very much and if you need anything else just let me know.

Can you tell us what image editing software you have ? We have many members experienced with numerous software packages. So, just because someone doesn't have Photoshop doesn't mean it can't be demonstrated to you.

We will need another image of you with your eyes open... at least if you want them to look like your eyes. Anything really, larger, smaller, same night, a few months earlier. It can be manipulated.

its good to ask the owner of the picture if they have a picture of the person with their eyes open... but I do like cupcakes result!!
