how do I make her look real?

I have not figured out how to bring out clarity in her eyes or make her skin look real....any suggestions??
also I need her lips to be a bright red...all I have been able to come up with is the pink...if you look close she shows a couple of teeth.

Difficult given size and resolution... Not a lot to work on

I tried to:

• give the image an increased 3D feeling by enhancing shadows/highlights on her face;

• and make her look a bit more real by increasing the sharpness and painting catch lights in her eyes.

I used several blank layers set to Multiply, Overlay, Soft Light etc. as described in this Tutorial ... just scroll down to the part:
