| Line work to paths Hi I just found an old folder of doodles I did many years ago with 0.25 rotring isograph pens which I have now scanned, I am not sure whether I will keep them as B/W or maybe start to colour them up. My question is what would be the best way to get all the lines converted to paths? I have attached and image for an example. Any hints/tips would be most helpful |

| Re: Line work to paths One way would be to do Filter>Stylize>Find Edges. Select the Dodge Tool and Highlights from the option bar and paint over the image with a 10-20% opacity to get rid of the non white areas. You can then select the lines, activate the Paths Palette and from the context menu select Make Path. The sample attached is a 1 minute trial. I was not trying to be very tidy because I am not sure how much detail you want converted. Regards, Murray |
