| Old photo double image I just purchased a scanner to scan very old pics and negatives. Found this negative of my family, but it appears to be double exposed. Is there any way this can be corrected? Thank you for any suggestions. |

| Re: Old photo double image Becca, welcome to RetouchPro. The image can be improved but will require a great deal of work. My approach would be to clone over / patch the poorly exposed areas around the subjects and then try to build up the density of the what is left. In addition to good PS skills a bit of atristic talent is probably required for areas where detail needs to be recreated. If you have other photos of these same people you could import some of their missing features. This image looks like a job for some of the restoration experts like Florin. Good luck with it.
