is it possible to fix the pic attached

I am not asking for a freebie at all, i just would like to know if it is possible to fix the pic attached if i cant fix it I would like to stop wasting my time trying. Any and all suggestions are welcome. thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

The middle face looks the most damaged but I think if you have a good big scan of the image,you might be in luck,it would probably help if you had another picture of the people who's faces are most spoiled to refer to.

With a large enough source image it should be no problem (no more than any other). Looks from this small preview to be a case of cloning and healing and the usual restoration process.

I agree with earlier responses. If you have a nice hires scan of this image, your'e probably going to be able to achieve a successful end result. It won't necessarily be quick - and there's no "fix button or filter", but with conventional tools and techniques you should be able to get there.
