Help - Video/Old Cine Film Capture

Hi

Have been told about this site by a friend and wanted to ask if anyone can assist in improving this image of my cousins in their younger days which I have lifted from one of my Dad's old cine films

What resolution is your original "copy"? ... and If its better than 72 and you can provide a link to it there is a chance.
