Is it possible to add color from one picture to a black and white picture? and if so how? I want to add color to the first attachment pic using colors from the second pic (if it's even possible).

It is quite possible to do what you want and there are several ways to approach it. However be aware that most methods involve painting on image layers and it is not a quick fix.
