I need sleeves!

Hi all,

I took a photograph of an adult girl and in the shot she is wearing a waist coat with a red vest underneath and she has no sleeves. I have been asked if I can put sleeves on her using Photoshop but I think it would look naff! Unfortunately I can't show the photograph because it hasn't gone to print yet.

Does anyone have any idea's on which tools and best ways to add sleeves to make it look convincing?
