[Need Help]Muscles Retouch

Hi, i'm begginer in Retouch area, i practice Bodybuilding too, so i tryied to retouch my little muscles to look more sexy

well, i have photoshop CS5 , i don't know where to start,

here is 3picture samples 4000x3000 Can you Please Retouch them, as a sample for me , so i learn how(don't worry i will learn when i see results)

Thanks for reading, who will help me(thanks to him too), it seems i'm asking for a big thing , sorry for disturbance, waiting for answers ASAP

I'm not an expert so I can't really retouch your pix, but have you tried googling "muscles before and after" or something like that? a lot of pros will have sample before&after to show their skills.

Hi Sohaib, welcome to RetouchPro.

Glad to hear that you want to try yourself and already have CS5. I think you could have some fun with these images and learn a lot at the same time.

Without getting too serious about a perfect result I had a quick play and came up with the attached (I know a bit OTT ). If you want to try similar:

• Roughly select body and hands area using the polygon lasso tool.
• Copy to a new layer (Ctrl+J)
• Select transform tool for this layer and drag the top handles out on either side to widen the shoulders.
• Add a mask to this layer and paint out around the body and chin to reveal the background image where necessary.
• Make a new Layer combining images (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E)
• Now have some fun using the Liquify tool to increase muscles
• Use dodge and burn layer or direct with D&B tool to accentuate muscles and abs
