How to get bricks on the wall of a chimney?

Enclosed photo is made with a fullframe fisheye inside a chimney.
Mine client would be delighted if the entire wall ( from the black coating to the place where the bricks start at the top) is coated with bricks.
I tried to use some photos with a lot of bricks and using the transforming in CS6 but this is not the way I think. See the b version.
The photo will be not publish bigger the 20cm.
What is the way to fix this? Or is somebody who can do this for me?

Try using a combination of the warp, perspective, and puppet-warp tools so the bricks follow the contours of the fish-eye curves seen in the image.

Links to Puppet Warp tool use:

Re: How to get bricks on the wall of a chimney?

any chance you have PS extended or 3D software?

if you do, you can make a tile-able material and apply it to a cylinder, match camera angle and comp together.

two other things I would explore if no 3D is available, is spherize and rectangular to polar coordinates. Not sure exactly, but the solution may use them.

Good luck!

Huib,
Filter/distort/lens correction. Remove distortion slider to the right. Transform perspective vertical slider to the right to taste. Filter distort polar coordinates/ select rectangle to polar. Edit/ transform/distort.
