Re: help to retouch a baby photo

Hmmm, I feel you may not get what you want with this pink dress on a black seat with all the dark splotches and colored background... perhaps starting with an all white seamless background would give a better fit and be much easier to emulate..

here is my worthless version done before you were specific in your desires..

BTW... Welcome to RetouchPRO Nadeena Hope you enjoy your stay here and make lots of friends. But most of all have fun!

Had a go!

I would like to know how I can post larger file than this I find it very frustrating to have to keep making the file smaller. How to you guys post larger size images please thank you.

If you use Photoshop you can post fairly large pictures which are under 100k using the 'save for web' function in Photoshop as described here:
Size, Quality and/or Format your Attached Images.. (Click here)

As a Patron your Forum attachment size is doubled

(From the FAQs) :
The primary reason for becoming a Patron is to help keep our lights on here. However, to say "thank you" for donating, the following benefits are offered:
A "Patron" tag under your name in every forum post
Larger Gallery space
Forum attachment size doubled
You won't see any banner ads in the forums
The Patron program is to support the website. It is not a subscription for RetouchPRO LIVE.

Very nice rendition !!

I downloaded your rendition changed the resolution to 96 and changed the height to 14" .. used File>Save for Web & Devices>(clicked the tiny down arrow w/4 parallel lines to the far right of the 'preset' dialog to get the Optimize menu)>Optimize to File Size>enter 99 in the Desired file size box> clicked OK>Clicked Save>renamed>uploaded

Thank you OlBaldy I shall keep that in mind when I post photos. I usually save for web devices but did not know if I can upload the file larger that way.
