An opinion needed..

HI! i would like to ask a question: I have images of landscapes and I would like to ask what would look better? Should I apply the frames.atn that comes with PS6 and apply a wavy frame or should I just leave it alone? Bec. I think that if I applied it some of the details along the edges will disappear. Is there a way that the whole image becomes smaller so I could safely apply a frame so I will not lose the detail present in the original landscape image.

You can try to enlarge the canvas to accommodate the frame.

You can also use the crop tool to do that if you have PS 6 or 7. Just pull the crop edges out to the desired size on all sides and when you crop it, it will be the size you extended it to. If you want your image in the center remember to pull the crop edges out equally on each of the 4 sides.
