Need to get the red out

I need some help with this one. The lighting was a multi-colored. I can't seem to balance out the colors. I'd like it to not be so red, but if I get the red out, it's either too green or too blue. Any way to balance out the colors and make it look nice?

Re: Need to get the red out

I suggest you denoise the base image with a filter like Noiseware, then add a Channel Mixer Adjustment Layer. You need only adjust the Green channel to bring the image back into a normal range such as the image attached below. You may need to mask and adjust the fringe areas depending on how picky you are. There is also a curve adj layer added to boost the overall brightness just a little.
Cheers, Murray

Re: Need to get the red out

I brought it into Camera Raw, changed the white balance and shifted some hues to even colors out.
