Question What is Hayes Effect?
One of the tutorials featuring a bulldog referred to and applied the Hayes effect. How do you do that?

I followed the link and performed the proceedure. Was very happy with the results. Had some trouble with the ending Vignette white border but will get better. It was my very first art transformation project. Will try to post it if I can get it transferred from my other computer.
