A little graphic surgery?

My baby sister got married! I sharpened, softened, changed the background and sepia-toned the best pose (but the worst photo) of the group. Now she tells me her neck is too fat and her chin looks like one of many. How can I reduce her neck and shoulder line, sculpt the chin a bit and have it not look like clipart? Or should I just tell Jeff to get used to it :^)? Any help would be greatly appreciated and might even get me an invitation to the family reunion!

It's time for the liquify tool!

Taken slowly, with small steps you can use the liquify tool to reshape a person's body fairly seamlessly.

Use a fairly small brush when doing the corrections, and you should be able to reshape a bit.

I've included a quick and dirty reshaping that I did

Thank you for your reply. The liquify tool certainly has it all over the healing brush. Thanks again.
