| Very Blurry Picture A member of my Rotary club asked me if I could unblur this image.. I ran a unshapen mask over it on various stettings but could only do so much.. Thanks. Brad http://brad.logistica.ca/Council.jpg            |

| Brandon, before you waste any more time on this image, you will not get a what your Rotary Club friend would call a sharp picture out of this. Photoshop does not actually sharpen images at all, it merely emphasises edges. This gives an illusion of sharpness in slightly out of focus images. But will never bring a severely out of focus image like yours back into focus. |
