| Not a definitive answer, but maybe enough to get somebody more qualified to take a try at it....
- Apply levels to the individual channels to get them into range;
- The histograms are all bunched up near the blacks so lighten up: Duplicate the layer, set blending to screen and apply an inverted luminosity mask;
- Lighten again;
- and again;
- Apply levels to the individual channels to get them into range, again;
- In the channels palette, click on the Red channel and apply Guassian Blur, radius 5. On the Green channel radius 5 and 10 for the Blue. (This is where the clever stuff should come, but don't have time now);
- Apply levels to the individual channels to get them into range, again.
Seems like a rather pretty young lady, with an ugly guy on each side. What they were doing at the bottom of a coal mine, you tell me!
