How to make a DVD cover with Photoshop?

Hi,

I know that there are much easier programs to make DVD covers, but I'd like to do my cover in Photoshop and then print it with some DVD coverprogram.

The reason is that I would like to have more control over the images that I'm making in the cover instead of just resizing or cropping.

But I find it very difficult to work with those text-layouts and indexes on the backside of the cover. That's why I wonder if there are any tutorials, templates, plugins, presets etc to make the work a bit easier....

If you could help me, it would save a lot of time...
