| Hi I was just trying out the tutorial "Avoding Cut-out posted by Ed Ladendorf. in this forum. Everything was going good until I got to item 8. I just don't understand what I need to do here. Could someone read it and maybe explain it to me so I can understand. It's not the author I think it's the reader. Thanx in advance Sunkist4338 |

| Hi Sunkist4338, I'm not sure if this answers your question, but here goes! By the time you get to number 8, you should have two images. One is the original, and the other has the new background only. When you load the selection, you are actually making a selection on the original image. After the selection is made, you are able to move only the selected area onto the new image that contains only the background by dragging it from the original image to the new one. If that doesn't answer the question, ask again. Ed |
