Anyone here familiar with the CanoScan 9900F? A client has scanned an image for me, but it looks like autosettings are turned on. Does anyone know where the options are hidden on this scanner to turn off all auto settings? Thanks guys!

not right off hand, caitlin, but almost all hardware of this type comes with installable software and you can usually find those user settings within there. if not, you might try control panel\scanners and cameras and see if that has anything. Craig

Unfortunately I don't have access to the scanner, or PC! I'm hoping to be able to give some specific directions where the settings can be found.

Caitlin, most of the Canon scanners use a similar interface, but for a sure fire way of knowing, go to the Canon site and download the manual and have a read, then you can step by step guide your client.
