Input/Output/WorkflowScanning, printing, color management, and discussing best practices for control and repeatability
A client has scanned an image for me, but it looks like autosettings are turned on. Does anyone know where the options are hidden on this scanner to turn off all auto settings?
not right off hand, caitlin, but almost all hardware of this type comes with installable software and you can usually find those user settings within there. if not, you might try control panel\scanners and cameras and see if that has anything.
Caitlin, most of the Canon scanners use a similar interface, but for a sure fire way of knowing, go to the Canon site and download the manual and have a read, then you can step by step guide your client.
