Colour management.

Ok, I will keep this quick.
I have my photoshop set to Adobe RGB, I use Adobe RGB files then convert to sRGB when required. When the files are converted they still look fine in Photoshop, outside of photoshop(on web,picture viewers) the colours are off. Help?

I realised I was using the wrong gamma setting in photoshop, no worries!
