CIS System, which one?`

I read a few posts about the CIS systems and can't decide which to purchase. I have looked at the one by Ink Republic and it seems good but a little on the expensive side since it does not include the ink. They are offering pigment ink as well as dye based for my Epson R200 printer. They are claiming that it will not clog the print heads as well. Any suggestions, experience and web sites so I can take a look will be greately appreciated.
I am not a professional retoucher, I just retouch our old family pix, but I am scrapbooking them in the process and that takes tons of ink with all the brilliant colors I use for the graphics. At times I print my own papers so the CIS will work great for me.
