| Dissapointing Prints from Restored Images I use an Epson 950 Photo which gives me excellent results on current images. However, I am dissapointed with B&W prints from old scanned and restored images which mostly are quite blotchy. I guess this is because the data on the old images is poor but is there any process in CS3 which would improve this? |

| Re: Dissapointing Prints from Restored Images You might want to add a curves or levels adjustment layer to the top of your layer stack, purely for inspection purposes. You can lighten and darken it and it will highlight tonal problems that might show up more with printing. Remember to turn it off before printing. |
