| Hi all, I have a couple of questions to ask. When calibrating with color navigator 6 on an Eizo cg243w, once i have done the validation process, compared to the i1profiler both with the i1 display pro the results from the color navigator software according to the numbers are a lot accurate, but yet the i1profiler software is a lot more substantial and thorough, especially with the number of patches I can calibrate with. Another thing how much of the calibration process with the i1profiler software even in 'ddc' mode is adjusting via the video cards lut. Lastly I have a pleasant slight pink cat with both ways of profiling, any ideas?? |

| Re: Color Navigator 6 or i1profiler You probably want to use the software that came with the Eizo instead of any 3rd party product because it should control the electronics and not just adjust the graphic system. The validation process on all the products are basically a feel good process. You're using the same instrument to validate the process. If its off, its not going to tell you that (it can't). DDC is hit or miss, another reason I'd use the Eizo software. They know how to fully control the unit. |
