Help Understanding Pantone

I am trying to colour match a pantone colour (18-1764 lollipop red) onto a photoshop image. In the colour libraries of the colour picker, when I use the eyedropper it jumps to Pantone 200M , which is close but slightly darker.
Am I using the wrong pantone book in the menu dropdown menu? Or what is the best way to select the correct Pantone no?

18-1764 is a textile swatch. Since Photoshop doesn't have textile color books in the color swatch libraries, it's giving you the closest thing it's got.
