How to make a before and after poster

I need to make a small poster (8.5x11) to advertise my service for a local store. I figure I can put 3 or 4 befores and afters on the poster. I'm not sure how to do this using PS. I used to do this years ago on my Mac using ClarisDraw.

P.S. If anyone has done an advertisment like this before, I'd love to see it.

Hi, you could make a new blank, white file large enough to hold, say, 2 sets of B/A's. Size your B/a's to fit, select all for each and place them in the blank file. That might work.

Yes it was done in Photoshop.

As for the how, I made a new image the size I wanted and brought in the different elements.
