| Importing from Outlook Express A relative emailed some tintype images to me. She scanned them at 600dpi. The quality looks OK. How do I import an image from Outlook Express into Photoshop so that I can work on it? Obviously I know very little about scanners - I have historically avoided mine except when I need a copy of something. The reason for the avoidance was that the initial software was the pits. The new driver, etc. has it running rather nicely now. Thanks in advance, Cliff. |

| have i understood this correctly? you recieved some pix in mail, in JPG format i guess... and want to get them to PS? in OE do one of the following: 1) right click the pic, choose "Copy", go to PS, create new document (if everything went well, it should have the correct dimensions), and paste the pic to it (press Ctrl-V, or Shift-Insert)... 2) right click the pic, choose "Save image as...", save it on disk, and open in PS... |
